Practical Tips and Tricks for the Everyday Practicing Dentist

This lecture and "LIVE" demonstration of techniques via a visualizer, will cover every day clinical situations that arise in our practices. The lecture will cover diagnosis and treatment of the worn dentition. Numerous treatment options will be given so patients can stage treatment over time if necessary. Composite resins, from direct veneers to diastema closures will be shown step by step for easy learning. Immediate implant placement and provisionalization using the patient's extracted natural tooth relined on the day of surgery. Numerous other cases will be shown in great detail.

About the Speaker

Dr. Margeas graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1986. He is currently an adjunct professor in the department of Operative Dentistry at the University of Iowa. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Operative Dentistry and is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Margeas has lectured and written numerous articles on aesthetic and implant dentistry and maintains a private practice focusing on comprehensive restorative and implant dentistry in Des Moines, Iowa.
